Moby Dick

Moby Dick - Herman Melville

I'm tired of people slapping the "classic" tag on books and expecting everyone to love them for it. A book is a book, no matter its tags, and, you know, some books are awful.

This is one of them.

My brother and I read the heavy, in-depth, full-out, tiny-itty-bitty-print version in school a few years ago. It took me 2 MONTHS to plow through it. We usually have fun whining together about bad books we both read, but this one was so bad we could only snap and snarl. I hated it with a passion; it is, without doubt, one of the most boring and stupid and overrated books in existence.
