Umm, no. Unless the sword was an inch away, he wouldn't have felt the wind in front of the swing - the wind would be disturbed backwards in a V-shape from the leading edge of the blade. And if the sword was an inch away, I don't care what kind of senses he's got, unless he's The Flash he wouldn't have adequate reflexes to dodge in time.
These people are still essentially human, right? I mean, just because you have really good hearing, it doesn't make you super-fast.
